Well, leopard shark is not bad eating.
However, it is possible that this angler is using it as an attractor. If he keeps giving video clips to TV stations. Does he call them? |

I'm almost positive this is the same guy as these previous posts. My buddy bought kayak off him, and he informed us he mainly fishes dp, targeting leopards and enjoys eating them. Dude was definitely out there, at least for my likening.
