Please email me (j.kennedy@vxstdusa.com) your Home Address and I will send you out the charger for the HX270S. Do you need both the 110 VAC cord and charging bucket? I had the same situation, but recently just found the charger. I was pleased to find that the radio held it's charge (with limited use) for six months! Standard Horizon makes a great product.

Email sent, and I have to say I appreciate it very much. I have been more of a lurker on this board for the last few years because truthfully I don't get out enough to be as effective as most on here. Hopefully now that I have retired from the Navy I can put more time in on the water to learn the tricks that will make me more successful. I did know that there are a great bunch of folks here and am not surprised by the responses. Holy Mackerel, your offer was greatly apprecioated also, and I wouldn't mind bringing a few down to the launch. Jim |

Thanks, Jason Kennedy for taking care of a customer, that is impressive. And Stone Pale Ale makes a great local alternative to SN pale.

Wow... JimPat if you will confirm that they actually sent you a free charger I will trade in my Icom for a new S.H.; just to support anyone with that kind of customer service! Companies that treat their customer base like that will get ALL of my business!
