lambadmin tends the Wed Cam but, without knowing the issue we have to be patient. It usually takes from a few days to a few weeks and even though this isn't his only job, Adi has always come through for us in the past. I just sent him an email as well.
Sorry, I know even less about the BD website and their admins.

refunds will be handed out, keep track of how many times you check and are not able to see the WEBCAM! For the Elite membership, sorry pan and zoom will be back up too!.............this is an outrage!

I know Adi has been slammed with work and more than likely LJBTC needs to reboot it anyway.........stand by.

My Platnium membership was worth every penny!

The camera still works for me, including pan and zoom!!

I paid for the pan, zoom and fish id service and I'm getting neither right now. Is there someone I can call to get this escalated?

I hope it's fixed soon,I haven't been able to get my ankle slapper surf via a webcam fix lately.

I paid extra for the fish finding algorithm and the bikini algorithm auto zoom functions.
