But most of the citizens down there are good people and would help you change a tire, a repair, etc. Many people have a negative connotation about mexico as a whole, and the reality, is the Cartels are the ones who give it the bad name. this looks awesome, coincidentally it is my spring break at CSUSM! What are the details on this how much does it cost? Fish being targeted? (are there yellowtail?
