I've just got my PA14 and assembled a trailer. I'm about to add a top rack using unistrut. In the photo you can see my unistrut base. I bought the unistrut L brackets and fittings. How did you fit your verticals and upper cross beams together? Looks very tidy!

I actually just cut 45degree angle on either side of unistrut and then bent it into place.. I wasn't sure if it was going to be sturdy enough but it can hold more weight then I'll ever put on it |
