I'm in an Outback currently, but when I had a Revolution I installed two Scotty Flush-mounts to the side rails. On the left rail, I added a Ram "ball." The "ball" could be removed to add another rod holder whenever I wanted to fish two rods, usually in freshwater. In these situations, I would move the "ball" to the sail mount and the fish finder would go there as well.
I would stick with Scotty's for rod holders, when you actually want to dead-stick or fish for halibut, for example. I would go for Ram mounts for fish finders and other electronics. I didn't feel the need for gear tracs. ![]() |
