Christmas Sea Bass
cooked my white sea bass collars just like fishermansbelly.com Yellowtail Kama http://bit.ly/1JRBtqJ recipe. Sea salt with dried rosemary Sea Bass Collars prepped only with sea salt/rosemary (no salt on skin!!) Grilled over coals, Sea Bass Collars with guacamole. Basted with limes and olive oil. Just made your rockfish soup.... WOW. reminds me of my grandmas Camaron Caldo. Your websites have made me a better cook. I've made several recipes. Thanks for taking the time in making these videos!
