Tony and Jorge, I plan on bringing 200+ taquito's by Makobob, along with a gallon of mild red salsa, a gallon of SPICY red salsa, a half gallon of SPICY green JALAPINO salsa a half gallon of tomatillo salsa and a gallon of guacamole. I am not very good at rice and beans so maybe someone else can provide those. I will roll the taquitos ahead of time so they can just be grilled or fried on site, quick, easy and fresh. Salsa's and guacamole are all hand made. No bottled stuff here. ZED mine are better.

Yes bob that will be great! I do have a suggestion though...Since our trip is weather dependent, I wouldn't get it all ready now unless you can freeze those bad boys. I prayed for good weather so we should be fine!!!
