Just curious; what was the purpose of separating the rod tubes and rails from the 2011 before/during/after replacing it?

Give a man a beer, a cigar and a battery powered drill...then move out of his way If wifey thinks I'm dinking around in the garage, possibly saving some money by making my own repairs...the house chores are set aside. Jim

1) I received a brand new PA-14...didn't like any of the accessories that came with it including rod tubes, rails, etc...had a beer and proceeded to part it out for my own sanity or 2) Just before getting sent to the recycler (to be shredded), I parted out my 2011 PA-14 hoping others could use any of the misc parts I salvaged...FOR FREE.
