PS - my new doctor told me 2 days ago not to smoke occasional cigars. I asked him what is reasonable for a guy who is essentially a non-smoker. He said zero.
(I get a physical examination each year as a birthday present to myself.) He said the main issue for healthy guys in our age bracket is arteriosclerosis. Bummer.

I have an awesome and decadent stash for special occasions in a perfectly controlled humidor.

Maybe we should light up two of the best together in celebration of our birthdays before I think too seriously about going cold turkey.

PS2 - he also recommended more exercise 5 days a week, so I guess that means I have no choice but to fish in my Outback more.
