I tried to do a fish tail art installation in my back yard, but between my cats and the skunks n possums that roam my 'hood it didn't work out too well. Mike

Definitely not done yet.....still trying to find that wahoo. Kayak wars is free if you sign up early, the point system is debatable, but it does make a cool record of your catches.

I've never heard of this. I want to do it for the 2016 season.

Can you sign up for it now for 2016? Or is the 2015 thing the only one going on?

Kayak Wars originated in Texas around 2007, but I don't think it became national until around 2009. The tournament season runs from the middle of Feb until December 14th. This was my first year, signed up in January for $15, but they had an early sign up for free last December. Look to be able to sign up sometime in late December. It will give you a good way to keep track of your catches, and provide some kayak records to try to beat.
