Dove shell beach to children's pool. Surgy, 1-10' viz depending. Got in at 0040, out at 0200. 1 legal each, let a few clickers go. Lost two nice ones while measuring. Got checked by a friendly dfw warden
Not a bad night for my first time diving for CA lobster. Still really weird thinking they don't have claws to worry about. |

Took my son out and hit middle breakwater long beach, got 2 small legal and a 4 1/2lb pounder. Opening night is always tough, you miss the first crawl starting that late.
