If you throw an extra half-hitch to the tag ends of the spectra [tight to the knot] in the uni-to-uni it helps a lot with slip.

I try to keep it simple with a double Palomar knot at the spectra to swivel connection, then a single Palomar knot of flouro to the other side of the swivel as a leader.

Then a Palomar knot at the hook.

Breaking 80# anything on a yak is simply reee-dick-ulous...there is something wrong. Well tied etc. you'd be f'd trying to break 25# without a secondary cause.
