Thanks everyone!! It's been a long struggle to finally land this beauty of a fish and could not done it alone.. I have hooked a few and somehow managed to lose them for some reason or another.. Finally good to bring one home..

For everyone still trying, keep trying!! If I didn't enjoy just being on the water and having fun with my buddies I would have quit a long time ago.. I love being out floating around in the ocean. This one took 3 long years !!!

And got to spend the morning working the WSB pens prepping them or release with the kids so it's been a great day..

Yeah right!

Fresh fish no matter where it's from is great stuff....I'd gladly trade you some yellowtail and or white seabass for some yelloweye, halibut or salmon....!
