I like to bleed inside the yak, where the Mirage drive is (I see you have Hobie)...it feels safer than holding it over the side. |

You could get away with bleeding a fish over the side maybe a hundred times with out getting it taken it, but why take a chance. After bleeding i stash my fish under the hatch with a damp towel on em. That clears the deck and keeps the fish out of sight for the dogs. Mike
