Seriously though. My dad did wrap his prowler keel in some carbon cloth. And that really strenthened that weak point. It scratched concrere after that mod.
But the PA is wrapped like a surface iron or a taco truck most likely. Quote:

its a cover up for a bad sticker or something. Like those guys with the 6" wide black bar all the way around their arms.
