May 3rd at San Onofre State Beach

Fishin' BBQ and the party wave.

Gates open at 6AM, fishing until 11-12(jackpot?!), then firing up the grill. I am going to supply the burgers and dogs, potluck for the rest. I am also going to bring as many surf yaks as my truck will hold for a "don't go in the water for an hour after eating" session...........bring the kids, slap some sunblock on granny and com'on!

bump.......yes there be fish at San O. I am thinking Civil War, Team north and Team south with points deducted for dumping in the surf.

Look'in at the tide book think I might bring a couple surf rods for the evening tide, looks killer. Make a whole day of it.

Hey Andy,

I will be up there with my surf class this weekend. We usually surf next to the "K/O" . I might bring my surf yak to join y'all for a couple waves.
