No, you can catch bait in the SMCA that starts at the pier and runs north. No take at all in the SMR.

Over on Bloodydecks, someone did some homework and plugged in every MPA in Socal. Downloaded the file and loaded to SD card. Works like a charm with HDS. Shows boundary lines on your charts.

Thanks, chit been doing it all wrong, though u could only get bait in there no more from now on.
