La Jolla reserve GPS Coordinates
Does anybody know the GPS coordinates of the reserve? Launch? Ling Spot? J/K about the ling spot (kinda). Any other coordinates important? Got a new finder/gps that needs some info. I found these on the web for the reserve, but Im not sure of the validity. 32° 51.86’ N. lat. 117° 15.28’ W. long.; 32° 51.86’ N. lat. 117° 16.25’ W. long.; 32° 51.22’ N. lat. 117° 16.17’ W. long.; and 32° 51.07’ N. lat. 117° 16.40’ W. long. Thanks. Steve |

Sometimes the yeller boooeez aint there from big swells etc. Also, look at holy mac's pics of fog from earlier this week. I've been out when it seems like I cant even see the front of my yak due to pea soup fog. Plus, Its just coo, to have some numbers to put in the new toy

Most of the buoys have been replaced since I marked them. This is still close enough.

The boundary coordinates for all MPAs in State waters are listed (from N to S) on pages 67-72 of the saltwater fishing regulations booklet
