Too bad the fat butt from last week didn't come back to play
.... We did hear some very colorful words on the vhf from some apparently upset people over at the 150. Seems like the yellows that were starving there yesterday might have gone to feed somewehre else.....

Nice job Jaime! The Patriot cleaned up nicely, 90 yt but land ratio wasn't that great. They said 150 hook ups, 90 landed. So they're starting limited loads on Monday for $95, to increase that land ratio (according to 976 tuna ).

Saw you guys as I was baiting up at the bait reciever on my way to the 150. Lots of madness out there, but lots of fish caught. 2 for me, which is more than plenty.

I was out there Sunday as well, when the fish weren't biting. A lot more joking around on the radio then, whereas yesterday was just something else. Seems like friendly radio banter is inversely propotional to wide open fishing.

How did you prep the collar bone? That looks so delicious! I got my fish finder in today! I can't wait to try out the helix 5 side imaging on the water!

Haha, you got it. I'd pay to see kayakers out in that war zone.

As far as the yt collar.... Do you bother scaling it? And just olive oil/seasoning, medium heat directly on the grill? I tried bbqing the collars for the first time the other day and failed miserably. I put them on foil though, so they never crisped up. Big mistake.
