Finished mount. This is a very tight mount that does not come undone in a bad crash. You can even hold a couple rods on with the bungees. You can also see the bungee I mounted to the front of the Adventure for mounting my bilge pump and holding rod tips.

Very nice. Looks like that will hold down some hoop nets also. Unfortunatly I have an Outback. The mast mount is set a little below the front hatch. You have eunleashed a wave a thoughts on this for me. I will try things out when I get home tonight. This is what I have set up now.
