Easy to maintain
Get the Abu Record reels if you go with their round reels

Penn makes a left handed lever drag reel in their Squall series that might be worth checking out. Not too pricey and good reviews.

I'm moving to left handed bait casters but don't know if I'm ready for lefty conventionals. Mike

I've been using a lefty Ambassadeur 6500 for years and love it for fishing the bays. I picked up the lefty Toro Winch a while back and really like it as well.
