You are right on. I moved both sides out of the way so I could take pics of the failure. I talked to hobie and they wanted rik at Oside dive and kayak to help me with the claim because he is a couple of miles away from me. He is a great guy and will do whatever he can I'm sure.

Hello Tsugg,
I have a question regarding the factory placement of the foam blocks. When you removed the foam blocks were they in the correct position, what was keeping them in place and were the blocks in slight compression?
