Wow, the tankwell was filled with water, scupper holes blocked , not draining.
Water leak inside the haul , bad x 2... I will suggest buy some air bladders to fill major cavities underdeck that is not being used. http://www.nrs.com/category/3049/kay...ring/flotation. Nice to have a Guardian Angel around, but just in case he is busy , the air bladder can do great help.
