charger for FF battery

What chargers are you guys using for sealed lead acid batteris for your FF? I see some expensive charges, will a simple 1 amp 12v trickle charger work?

For the non tech people I have them buy float chargers. Like the battery tender jr. Plug it in and you can leave it plugged in. They make 12v and 6v models with an led that goes red to green when charged.

I use the battery tender as well. $35. Same brand charger that the Cummins factory has on our smaller generators!

I got a really simple one at a hobby store. It's basically a transformer/ plug on one end and alligator clips on the other.
Works fine.
I think it was about $12-15

This is the only one I can find locally. Going to go pick one up at Home Depot
