May i suggest looking at the ones made by Ron baker that we have at Anglers Yak Shack and OEX? They are fiberglass with a Mustad hook. They will last much longer than Calcutta and have no flex for when you gaff a hot fish. And yes, they float. Im gonna stop by today to look at your gaffs. Ive always like bamboo(just what Ive always used, preference). Im open to new ideas for sure. When I was at OEX Pt. Loma I didn't like the gaffs they have.They were all to big for me, to bulky for my liking.
