White sharks seem to take a munch and take off; but from what I've read, Mako sharks are far more aggressive.
I've had a small one, about 4.5 feet hit my kayak. I don't think it really meant to though. It was chasing my surface iron right up to the side of my kayak and ran into the side with a thud. It then swam around me a couple times looking for the iron and checking me out. I have no doubt that Makos are more aggressive.
