Ended the day with 9 8 spottie and one sandy the fish hit the New Penny and Redbone With Uni Butter. The morning was slow for me then hit a sot that kicked out 5 fish and they were fiesty. The new Shadow Stalker Rod and my trusty Serrano Reels (third season ) worked with a great feel for those subtle bites and great action when fighting the feisty spotties another fun day on the water Ed

Guys, I really enjoy our posts. I live in Newport and try to get out every week but no so lately with weekend day trips to Catalina, freshwater bass outings and too much work during the week. I was out the evening on the 23rd and did really well as you did in the morning. Things are looking up.
