Is really is quite simple, and I found it by accident, rock fishing.

Double Dropper loop with 1/2 frozen anchovy on each hook. I use larger hooks so I get bigger macs.

Today the macs, once found were wide open. I caught two at the same time a few times. The macs were so frenzied that I side hooked two of them. I even caught two on bare hooks.

Yani, thanks for the comments, I did tell you about this technique last summer. That blue plate special looks awesome, glad you are no longer in the cooking contest
