Irishman Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2013 Posts: 306	Question on wind conditions SD bay Am thinking about hitting the outgoing tide in San Diego tomorrow morning. Looks like the bait barge has moved to its original location and tides are favorable. Any feedback on the wind? Would La Jolla be a better bet??
