If I am off work and around home I am always willing to process fish for some beer. Cleaned hundreds of thousands in my time in sport fishing. Even have a commercial grade sealer.

For some reason I enjoy cleaning fish. I even process my own chickens, turkeys, beef sides, pork, etc.

A melon baller does wonders scraping off leftover meat to make into ceviche.
