So after all of this back and forth, ethical and legal, legal and ethical, eat the shark don't eat the shark, keep the shark release the shark endless debate that will never have everyone in 100% agreement, there is one thing that has been ignored.....
The FACT that this post started by saying that its readers should try to sink, which could possibly seriously hurt a guy while he is coming in on a wave just because the writer doesn't agree with the LAW.
SO.... Basically, if I understand this post correctly, the writer (and anyone who agrees with him) believes that if you see someone who is not violating ANY law at all, you are not only permitted, but also encouraged to harass and or possibly injure that person because you just don't like what they are LEGALLY doing.
Hmmmmmm........... Interesting.......
