Goggle "teardrop trailers" and you'll find U.S. Manufacturers, plans, and pictures of the standard style and newer (off road shown in the video.) style.

Not a bad idea Tony. I like it. I am one of the guys who got a beating by my Tent one night in Baja. I dealt with it and my tent survived, but it would of been nice to get some more sleep rather then getting uppercuts to the dome by my 4 person. Saw some for sale on overstock $170 with rainy fly, no tax, shipping, might pull the trigger.

I saw that same one last night, I almost clicked 'buy' but I want to see Tony's before I commit to it.

I didn't hesitate got the oversize tent cot ,rainfly and storage bag $208 should get it next week..

That is frickin awesome! I don't think it's abailable is the US, and I would hate to see the price. Well thought out though.

they are a must while shark fishing. if anything its a place to get out of the wind.

I like the oversize version. can be had for around $200
