I've used it to get several rods replaced under warranty and used it once to have a spinning reel serviced. Very pleased with quality and fast turn around time.

For warranty yes if just servicing the reel then I take it to ReelSpeed in Santa Fe springs

The guys there are really cool and usually get the work done pretty quik

convenience. They are here off bake and the 5 frwy.

$25 per tune-up. not too bad.
