X2 Sculpin. I'd say that based on the fins, the coloring, and coming off the bottom at that depth Sculpin would be my guess.

angler!@ I've kept many in my aquarium. Those fins are like legs they walk/scoot with them.

Another angle
Didn't see any teeth and was very "mushy" to the touch. Fish sent back to bottom and released unharmed? I hope.
