I thought waders were for wading in or walking on a surface that is wet?
![]() Yaking would best be served by dry pants or wet suits. But I see people wearing waders in LJ all the time so they must be ok. |

I'm working on mechanical legs that will mount on the bottom of the kayak. That way you can just have your kayak walk you out through the surf. My biggest obstacle is making the legs waterproof to protect the internal wiring. I'm thinking about using waders to keep the mechanical legs dry, but I'm worried that they might fill with water and drag me down to my death
