Spent enough time hunting quail aroudn that place to see all the weirdos I ever need to see. Few years ago there were some super pricey motorhomes moving in too. People that lost their houses but had the RV so went for some free living. One of my friends grandparents even moved down there and love it. Place really is a trip....
