Lifeproof A+++ Customer Service
Filled out the online warranty form Got an email Monday stating that my new case was in the mail Can't beat that kind of service

I blew mine out with an air compressor and it separated the screen from the frame. Got a replacing days later. Great customer service.

Ditto; I have had great customer service from LifeProof. But my take is that they have a great replacement policy because they are aware that they do not have a great product. It is a great idea, it looks well made, but it is not durable. I have worn through three cases in under two years. They replaced it twice and then told me that was my last replacement. I am now on my third and final case, which is now falling apart and I am looking for an alternative that is in fact LifeProof.
