That doesn't prove anything, but is food for thought. Eye witness accounts are going to be the only thing valuable in proving his guilt.

sadly you could probably call the dfg all you want...you can't prove anything...he could say that somebody else was on the boat so if dfg contacted him he could say that he could have kept 1 more...

In all likelihood, he was probably by himself...and over limits, but just like denzel Washington said in training day...."it's not what you know, it's what you can prove".
