Yes, very good conditions indeed! 8) Flat calm on La Jolla pond, honestly never seen it that much of a lake! Good hooping with you Brad, good luck tonight if you head out, and thanks again for the bugs, and beer.
On another note, I lost a net, if anyone sees it, and can losen it ala "Excalibur" I'd gladly trade a sixer of beer, or sodas! (your choice) We tried in vain to get this thing loose from every direction. The float is visible on top of the water, and has my initials CMF with my email, one of the three holy.mackerel@juno chris@sdkayakfishing or sdholymackerel@gmail I have too many emails! ops:  Thanks, Chris |

You have earned true "waterman legend" status! What kind of beer is that in the photo, someone's home brew? I'm getting really hungry and thirsty looking at your photos. Congrat's on your success. Dave

Yeah, a colleague of mine is into home brew and his beers are actually quite good. I throw him some fish when I can and I get beer in return. A good deal all around . Its the flow of YT: I catch YT, I give YT to friend and get beer, I drink beer while hooping with YT carcass, catch bugs. Man, I love YT.

I wasn't sure what he meant either. Maybe it is the pepper mill that is sitting behind your home brew bottle? Careful not to smoke that though! It might burn your throat

Im sure Yakster meant no harm. Too much time away from the water will make u see weird things. Im pretty sure I saw an image of the Virgin Mary in the steam comin off those bugs.
