oh yeah, the glass eye. i didn;t notice it. sometimes it comes out opaque in pics.

Due to the warmer water, It's very peaceful, yet humbling to be out on the water in the dead of night. I recall pulling all-nighters on a 15 ft bayliner many seasons ago with some good friends. A lot of good memories...

You'll definitely get into some groupers soon... and they will definitely give you a workout. Fishing the Atlantic is very different because the species there adhere to seasons, cover, etc.

i did get one. a little 3ft sharp nose, my "snapper shark" lol. and we had a little 4 or 5ft tiger checking us out. i wanted to get him on board for a pic but he didn't stay around long enough. also had a 9-10ft hammer checking us out on the way in.
