same thing here...
Had two orders made on different days. They cancelled the first order... no explanation- just gone.
The 2nd order is still in the system.. no email about a mistake or whether that order will be filled. not feeling so sure about this anymore. |

At least they, Amazon, are being consistent other than the email notifications. Also cancelled my first order, but the strange part was that I had another totally different item with the Curado ordered. Just wiped it away.
Let's hope they make good on one reel each, not holding my breath though. They will hear about my displeasure. Especially after the first email saying they would make good on one. Last edited by CR Yaker; 06-13-2013 at 06:40 PM. |

can't believe it
I got a surprise email today from Amazon and now they said they were able to successfully cancel some orders with later time stamps and that would be able to make good on both of my cu300ej orders now for a total of 3 curados....

Just got off a chat with Amazon about the cancelled orders. They informed me that all orders with as they say "incorrect pricing" will be cancelled, in time. Hopefully the agent I spoke with doesn't know what they are talking about. I expressed my unhappy feelings after they gave us hope with the first email sent out. Sorry for the bad news.
