A buddy told me one of the fairy allowed kayaks for an additional fee but as a plan B you could rent one on the island.

You can not take a car to Catalina.
There used to be a ferry that would take your yak, I believe that they are out of bus iness. I do not believe that the other ferry lines offer the yak option. There is a freight shipping line that will deliver a yak for you. This seems like a major pain in the butt. You can rent kayaks there. This appears to be the easiest idea. Have fun out there, post up. |
