I was one of the kayakers out there, I was in a bright yellow kayak. I was out there with two other friends of mine and we did pretty well on the reds, I also got a 20" sand bass out there too.

cool.. are you bringing a sabiki rod? or do you just tie the sabiki rig onto whatever rod you have? Do you use all the hooks, or cut some off? Squid or shrimp pieces? or just bare hooks? What size hooks? I've never done the sabiki (obviously), and it looks like it would also be something fun to keep my son occupied while we are out on the yak. Thanks.
