If it was a new boat and not a Blem I would have said contact Malibu under Warranty.
Malibu has redone the Gaskets on these hatches to seal better (inside lip, not between boat and hatch). You cans till try contacting customer service to see about getting the new gaskets. They just glue right in and should help your issue. |

thats what happends to malibu hatches. good boats but the hatches kinda suck.

just picked up one at sale.. Is it a good idea to just use goop around all hatches for insurance? How much are they ?

I would check the hatches first. My son has a stealth 12,same vintage as the 14 I ride, and it's hatches barely leak. After a day out he has maybe a cup of water max.
