Favorite rod and reel setup - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

My favorite fly outfits are my Abel Super 8 mounted on a Scott Heli-Ply 888/3 & Abel Super 10 mounted on a Scott Heli-Ply 8810-3 with various shooting heads for calicos in the deep kelp.
The 10 weight comes in handy if there are any :1wsb: around.

The Fly rod I use depends on the weight of the shooting head I'm throwing.

My favorite conventional set-up is my Newell 322 mounted on my Calstar 530 or Seeker SJ85 for tossing surface
