My favorite outfit has to be my surface iron set up. Seeker Ulua 93H with a Daiwa SL40hv. Cause I love fishing the light iron. Mike

Abu Garcia Revo Toro 50 with 50lb braid on an 8ft Phoenix 15-40lb jig stick. A baitcaster with conventional power. Gonna get another one soon

My favorite fly outfits are my Abel Super 8 mounted on a Scott Heli-Ply 888/3 & Abel Super 10 mounted on a Scott Heli-Ply 8810-3 with various shooting heads for calicos in the deep kelp.
The 10 weight comes in handy if there are any :1wsb: around.
The Fly rod I use depends on the weight of the shooting head I'm throwing.

My favorite conventional set-up is my Newell 322 mounted on my Calstar 530 or Seeker SJ85 for tossing surface .

Since I've yet to get a yellow. Need to concentrate on them this year. Mine would be my Compre Walleye trolling rod paired with a Abu C3. Killer rockfish setup. Great as a Lucanus or as a deep water dropshot combo. TC4 rod, soft tip and good backbone.
