absolute bare minimum?
yer boat and a pole, net, or spear...like back in the day. or like kevin pointed out that checklist is a great start. can add: anchor, drift bags/drogue, hat, shades w/ gators, dry bags. oh and certain special security tokens i frequenlty hear mentioned here!

My absolute bare bones necessities are:
Paddle with leash PFD VHF Rod and Reel with leash Plastic and/or Iron Sun protection Water or similar drink Pliers Bilge Sponge Your licenses A couple of additions that the DFG require but are rarely checked are: Net with an 18" opening Some type of stringer (or is that freshwater only?) |
