Squad of squid, like it. I've eaten the calamari steaks and thought they were pretty good. But when I tried the squid DIY I couldn't make them edible. I'm a decent seafood cook and no matter how I prepped them or prepared them they were just not right. Flavor was ok but the texture was either chewy or mushy with rubbery strings . I hope to never see a humbolt squid again and deffinately not a squad of them. Mik
