How did you remove the hook?
I keep thinking I will be hooked when flipped in th esurf, I've been cutting everything off and retying the next time after I'm out. But not always.
I almost gaffed my leg a couple weeks ago when I flipped and the kayak with gaff attached came surging by pulling the gaff into the back of my leg. I was lucky I moved quickly. I found a tennis ball and the tip is now covered. James
